10. Lady Gaga
She may be a #1 on the charts-topper, but that’s got way more to do with the music than the looks, and this list has nothing to do with music. Regardless, she does not seem bothered and works with what she’s got, and clearly, it’s working.
Having a “Poker Face” must be inspiring for Lady Gaga; and that’s a good thing.
9. Lindsay Lohan
She may be able to put on a ton of makeup and pretend she looks like a stunner, but underneath that polished finish is one ugly human being.
She is ugly for several reasons (both inside and out) but her addiction issues factored into Lohan losing any of the good looks she had back in the day. Her teeth started to rot, her skin became blemished and she just looked kind of dirty.
