Miley Cyrus is no stranger to flashing her bits as the former Disney star has been making headlines for her strange behavior for the past two years.
It all started when Miley discovered ‘twerking’ and decided she needed to show the world that she could twerk, over and over again. After that, Miley continued to shock everyone with her strange behavior and crazy antics.
Each new Miley headline has seemingly been stranger than the last, and just when the world thinks, Ms. Cyrus couldn’t possibly shock anyone again, she does. However, luckily this time it’s for a good cause .

10.The Bill Clinton /Monica Lewinsky “Performance”
In February 2014, Miley Cyrus did the unthinkable to open up her Bangerz tour in Vancouver. The twenty-one year old, after performing ‘Party In the USA’ simulated giving oral sex to a backup dancer dressed up like Bill Clinton.
The Bill Clinton and Monica Lewinsky scandal occurred in 1998, when Cyrus was only six years old. It’s not clear what point she was trying to make, or who even came up with the disturbing idea, but one thing is for sure; it was strange.
9.The Cake
For Liam Hemsworth 's birthday in January 2012, Miley got him a vulgar cake (see above). When pictures were released online of her simulating lewd acts with the confect, many were disgusted and slammed her suggestive behavior.
8.The Constant Crotch Grabs
Since the twenty-one year old kicked off her Bangerz tour on February 14th of this year, she has been photographed constantly grabbing her crotch. It appears the singer is trying to channel her ‘inner’ Michael Jackson and then some.
7.Wrecked

Her need to change image from the days of Hannah Montana has been pretty extreme. It began with her lopping off her locks and ended with the Wrecking Ball image which saw her cry for the cameras – before riding around on a wrecking ball in the buff. There’s no going back to her Disney roots now.
6.Boob
There have been more than a few nipple slips from Miley – from a pre-Grammy’s outing to an iHeartRadio gig ‘wardrobe malfunction’. She has also worn a transparent mesh top (thankfully with large black nipple plasters) and also dressed up as Lil’ Kim at Halloween with – you guessed it – her boob out. Classy

The only thing more famous than Miley Cyrus is Miley Cyrus’s tongue. Miley is constantly sticking it out or putting it on inanimate objects like, sledge hammers, Barbies, pillows, mirrors and chains – just to name a few.
It’s not clear what the young singer’s obsession is with her tongue, but it doesn’t appear it’ll be going away anytime soon.
4.The VMA Performance
When a person utters the words Miley Cyrus and VMA’s in the same sentence, everybody immediately thinks of her 2013 VMA performance with Robin Thicke .
This performance was truly shocking and hard to watch. It was full of odd costumes, over the top sexual innuendo, a bizarre foam finger and twerking. Critics claim the young singer went beyond the realm of sexual suggestiveness and nearly entered the world of soft core porn. Miley made it perfectly clear that she cannot stop.
3.Drugs scandal
Since the start of the year Miley has been spotted smoking ‘suspicious’ cigarettes, she has stated she prefers to smoke pot to drinking alcohol, and she appeared to ‘spark up’ live on stage at the MTV Europe Music Awards in Amsterdam.
Add to this the fact she references ‘Molly’ (ecstasy) in her tracks and it is highly likely that parents of her largely ‘tween’ fanbase will have cause for concern.
2.The Consumption of Fan’s Underwear
During her February 16th tour performance, a fan threw their thong up on stage, while Miley was singing. Instead of kicking it off stage or leaving it there, like any other person probably would have done. Miley did the inconceivable. She picked them up and put them in her mouth – Gross! It looks like Katy Perry got her answer on where Miley’s tongue has been.
